We offer our patients a personal payment plan to suit their needs, including monthly payment plans without finance charges to our patients. We also provide a convenient no initial down payment option and with lower monthly payments through Orthodontic Fee Plan. OFP is the only payment plan customized for orthodontics, and is endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists. Insurance Our staff has the expertise to handle all the details regarding your insurance, from determining the coverage available to filing your claims. Please bring you insurance identification numbers to your first appointment, as well as the name, address and phone number of your insurance carrier. Orthodontic insurance benefits are usually paid over the course of treatment, and patients are directly responsible for treatment charges.
